A STRETTON pre-school celebrated its 25th anniversary with a picnic lunch.
St Matthew's Pre-school marked the occasion with an anniversary toddle following the Silver Trail for the children, parents and staff.
Guests at the picnic lunch which followed the walk included The Reverend Bob and Glenys Rowlands who was vicar at St Matthew's Church when the school opened in 1989, current vicar The Reverend Alan Jewell and headteacher of St Matthew's CE Primary School Hazel Fryman.
Each child was presented with a silver balloon and a "25" cupcake at the end of the party.
