A WHITECROSS supermarket is set to reopen its doors today, Thursday following a redevelopment.
Aldi, on Crosfield Street, will be open once again to customers from 8am after closing while extensive work to expand the store size to 990sqm has been ongoing to meet increased shopper demand.
The revamp has also helped to create a further 20 jobs at the supermarket which first opened on the site in 1992.
Aldi’s Warrington store will now be served with an extensive range of around 1,400 product lines.
Store Manager, Phil Byrne, commented: “We’re looking forward to welcoming customers back into our new look store in Warrington, which has been expanded to meet customer demand and will allow us to offer an increased number of product lines at affordable prices.”
The store will be open from 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
