BUDDING actors and actresses will showcase their finest theatre skills during the stage production of Bye Bye Birdie.
The show, which will be performed by members of the Burtonwood Amateur Music and Drama Society, hit the stage for the first time yesterday, Wednesday, with the satirical musical running until Saturday at St Michael’s Parish Hall.
The show, which is directed by Linda Cole and choreographed by Natasha Bill, is based on an Elvis Presley-inspired rock star, who is drafted into the Army and stops in a small town for one last publicity event.
Ticket prices start from £7.
