KIND-HEARTED pupils from St Gregory’s High School have put their hands in their pockets to donate some food and treats to Warrington Animal Welfare (WAW).
The generous gifts were handed to the centre at the former Cats Protection site, off Slutchers Lane, as part of a week dedicated to random acts of kindness at the school on Cromwell Avenue.
Lorraine Maudsley, from WAW said: “It’s thanks to the dedication and generosity of young supporters like the pupils from St Gregory’s that WAW are able to provide these poor unwanted and abandoned pets with the chance of a future and the hope of finding a loving new home.”
