TWO parts of Warrington will go to the polls tomorrow, Thursday, in parish council by-elections.
Voters in the Cobbs ward of Appleton and Woolston West will go to the polls to fill vacant seats on the parish council.
In Woolston Labour take on UKIP and an independent free school candidate.
In Appleton, a three way contest between Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the Conservatives takes place.
