A NEW store in the Golden Square will be music to shoppers’ ears after bosses revealed the UK’s largest independent music and DVD retailer Head is moving into town.
The shop will be taking up residence in the old HMV unit this September creating nine new full-time positions.
Les Whitfield, owner of Head, said: “I’m really excited to be opening our new store in Warrington.
“There used to be three or four music stores in the town centre but sadly they’re no longer there so I’m delighted that Head will bring music, DVD and vinyl retail back to Warrington shoppers.”
Ian Cox, Golden Square general manager said he was delighted with the shopping centre’s latest addition.
