A JOINT declaration between Warrington and Lisburn in Northern Ireland was signed in the Town Hall on Friday.
The agreement was to cement the years of positive relations between the two areas following the bombing.
The declaration was formally endorsed by The Mayor of Warrington, Clr Steve Wright and The Mayor of Lisburn, Alderman William Leathem.
