SMITH Patricia Ann "Pat" Maiden name Lucas, previously known as Galletly, passed away in Warrington Hospital on 2nd June 2022, aged 83, after many years of battling with illness. She is at rest now. Pat was a strong, smart, passionate, compassionate, kind, brave and fun woman, who had a wonderful sense of humour. She will be missed greatly by her husband John, her two daughters Sue and Michele, and by other friends and family whose heart she touched over the years. A celebration of Pat's life will take place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Tuesday, 21st June at 12:00, followed by a gathering at Alford Hall (Manchester Road) at 13:00.
