ELCOAT MM William (Billy) The funeral of is to take place at St Thomas' Church Stockton Heath at 1.30pm Thursday 16th June 2022. There will then be a service held at Walton Crematorium at 2.40pm. Billy was a member of the Royal British Legion and there will be a gathering of family and friends who knew Billy immediately after the crematorium at: The Royal British Legion, Stockport Road, Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2TB. Billy's close family would like to welcome all of those that knew Billy and who would like to pay their respects. Any donations received will go to The Royal British Legion and Help the Heroes
