SUSAN JANE CADDICK (JANE) Sadly passed away peacefully at Warrington Hospital on Monday 24th May 2021 aged 72 years. Jane was a much loved Wife to John. Beloved Mum to Sarah and dear Mother in Law to Tanis. Loving Sister to Marilyn. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
