COLDPLAY are coming to Manchester in June as part of their first globe-trotting tour in three years.
The London indie four-piece will be playing 20 stadium shows across 14 countries in Europe and Latin America for next year's A Head Full Of Dreams tour.
They will be at the Etihad Stadium on June 4, 2016.
It is Coldplay's first world tour since the 2011 and 12 Mylo Xyloto tour, which was seen by more than three million people in five continents.
The new tour includes their first Latin American shows since 2010, with the band’s first dates in Peru.
A Head Full Of Dreams is released on December 4 and is the follow-up to 2014’s sixth worldwide chart-topper Ghost Stories.
Their new single, Adventure Of A Lifetime, is also available now and is enjoying regularly airplay on the radio.
The band chose not to tour Ghost Stories and headed straight back into the studio to record the new record.
Frontman Chris Martin: "I think that not going on tour with Ghost Stories was one of the best decisions we ever made.
"Because it gave us such pent-up energy in the studio and completely reignited everyone’s desire to go around the world and play music.
"A Head Full Of Dreams was written as a record to be performed live. We can’t wait to do that."
Tickets go on sale on Friday at 9.30am. Visit ticketmaster.co.uk or gigsandtours.com.
Hospitality packages are also available for the Manchester show at mcfc.co.uk/events
