ROXETTE, the highly successful Scandinavian duo consisting of Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle, are on the road again.
Some 25 years after releasing their catchy songs that have been hits all over the world they have released a new collection 'Roxette XXX - The 30 Biggest Hits'.
It consists of two CDs with 30 songs, most of which will be instantly recognisable, despite never having that much chart success in the UK.
Of the 30 songs picked for this album, 28 were released as singles with the other two '(Do You Get) Excited' and 'Perfect Day' being album only.
The record quite rightly kicks off with their 1989 breakthrough single 'The Look', the song that turned them into a global phenomenon.
'Listen To Your Heart', 'It Must Have Been Love' and 'Joyride' are all here, along with other favourites like 'Dangerous', 'Fading Like A Flower' and 'Sleeping In My Car'.
If you’re a fan of Roxette, than chances are, that you will have all of these songs already, but I honestly think this compilation is a worthy addition to your collection.
Similarly, if you’ve never heard anything by Roxette, buy this and give it a listen, I bet there will be at least three song that will become favourites.
