IT was wonderful to see the pictures and read the stories of Padgate and Woolston Walking Day.
It was so sad to think this fantastic occasion may not happen again.
For generations of my family, and so many others, it has been a crucial day in the calendar.
The focus must now be on ensuring it goes ahead in the future.
I would like to thank everyone involved for making it happen.
It was fantastic community spirit.
