STEVE Price says Kevin Brown's groin injury is "not serious" and that he is hopeful the half-back will feature against Wakefield Trinity on Sunday.
Brown limped off during the first half of Friday's 34-30 defeat to Castleford Tigers and, although he did a brief fitness test during the half-time break, he did not return.
However, Price confirmed Brown had played a part in today's training session.
"Everyone is in pretty good shape at the moment. We had the majority of the guys out on the pitch on today and we still have a fair bit of time left," he said.
"Kev ran around today, so we had everyone out there which is positive for us.
"We’re just glad it’s nothing too serious. Kev is a major part of our game plan and he was missed when he went off."
