BRYSON Goodwin will miss The Wire's game against Hull FC on Friday, while Mike Cooper is said to be unlikely to play.
Cooper withdrew late from Saturday's Magic Weekend defeat to Wigan with a hamstring injury.
Goodwin played, but came off with a head knock and failed a concussion assessment test, meaning he must be stood down for the subsequent seven-day period.
This adds to the news of Sitaleki Akauola's one-match suspension, while Dom Crosby is not yet fit to return from an ankle injury.
Mitch Brown and Ben Pomeroy are in contention to replace Goodwin, with Toby King still recovering from hamstring trouble.
"Bryson will miss this week. We'll go through the correct head knock procedure," Wire head coach Steve Price said.
"It was unfortunate that he got the knock as his body was going the other way. He'll be okay to go next week.
"Coops is improving, but we're not quite sure if he'll play this week.
"He is getting better, so if he doesn't make it on Friday he'll be right for the next game.
"Toby's doing some really good things and it getting very close.
"He was in full stride earlier today which is pleasing to see."
