A WARRINGTON Wolves player has been charged with spitting at an opponent during the defeat to Huddersfield Giants yesterday.
Anthony England has been charged with the Grade E offence of spitting at an opponent in the 45th minute of the First Utility Super League Round 18 fixture.
England does not have the option of submitting an Early Guilty Plea and will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal on the evening of Tuesday June 16.
He was charged after the incident was viewed by the RFL Match Review Panel. There were no other charges from Round 18.
