BUMPER Bank Holiday crowds are expected at both Cantilever Park and Gorsey Lane this afternoon.
Warrington Town and Warrington Rylands both have home fixtures today, with their opponents both set to bring sizeable travelling support to bolster an always-inflated Easter Monday gate.
Yellows welcome Darlington in the National League North while across town, there is a Northern Premier League Premier Division play-off showdown as Blues host Marine, with both matches kicking off at 3pm.
Warrington Town not giving up on top-seven spot
With four games of their season remaining, Town are now mathematically safe from relegation having pulled comfortably clear of danger since the turn of the year.
Now, though, manager Mark Beesley is setting his sights higher and insists his players will fight for an unlikely play-off place until it is no longer possible.
Following their 2-2 draw at Scarborough Athletic on Good Friday, Town sit 11th in the table and five points adrift of the top seven.
While their chances are slim, Beesley wants his players to keep striving for it.
“We have to keep pushing, having targets and being motivated,” he said.
“That dream of a play-off position is still there – there’s four games to go and while it wasn’t something we were really looking at at the start of the season, we’re up there now.
“We’re mathematically safe so now, we have to look at the next target and for us, that’s the top seven.
“We’ll try and do that until we mathematically can’t.”
Monday's opponents Darlington are still in need of points to climb clear of relegation trouble - they arrive in Warrington just two points clear of the drop zone.

Play-off showdown for Warrington Rylands
Easter Monday could end up being a dress rehearsal for the NPL Premier Division play-offs, with all four of the sides currently holding positions playing each other.
Rylands are in a position of real strength – Saturday’s 3-1 win at Morpeth Town was their fourth in five games and they sit second in the table, eight points inside the top five.
Another win today would see them take a giant stride towards not only securing their spot in the shake-up but also sealing home advantage in their semi-final, which they would achieve by finishing second or third.
However, defeat would see fourth-placed Marine leapfrog them in the table.
The game comes just 48 hours after their 350-mile round trip to Morpeth, but player/interim co-manager Sam Wilson insists there will be no excuses for his side.
"When you get three points, you’ll always have tonnes of air in your tyres irrespective of the gap between games," he said.
"Had we lost, you might feel you’re running uphill but there will be no excuses from us about the turnaround.
"It’s the same for Marine and everybody else, so we’re looking forward to another tough game."
