THE Wire will rest a number of players for Friday's Super 8s clash with Catalans Dragons.

There will be at least three changes as Stefan Ratchford, Mike Cooper and Ben Murdoch-Masila are all left out of Steve Price's 19-man squad.

As we revealed yesterday, Bodene Thompson will make his Warrington debut but it is unclear whether he will start or come off the bench

Sitaleki Akauola has recovered from illness and returns to the fold, with Morgan Smith also included.
