STEVE Price says he will speak to refereeing authorities about the performance of Ben Thaler during last night's draw with Catalans Dragons.
Price watched his side share a 22-22 stalemate with the French side in a game that saw several controversial decisions go against The Wire.
Wire 22 Catalans 22 as it happened
Tyrone Roberts was penalised after Tony Gigot threw the ball into him while he was clearing the ruck, which led to them scoring a try.
The Dragons were also awarded a penalty for an incident which saw Mickael Simon sent to the sin bin.
Price was critical of both decisions and slammed the former of the two incidents as "unsportsmanlike."
"The penalty given against Tyrone in the first half was frustrating," he said.
"Gigot passed it into him while he was rolling away from the ruck. I thought that was rubbed out of the game a while ago.
"It was unsportsmanlike and they scored off the next set.
"It's highly frustrating for them to have a guy get 10 in the bin but still get the penalty as well.
"That's something I will take up with the referee's boss."
