A MAN has been bailed following an attack on a rugby fan which has left him in a coma for more than two weeks.
Police arrested the 26-year-old, from Pontefract, on Thursday and questioned him over the weekend.
He has been bailed until December.
David Singer, aged 32, was attacked after watching Halifax beat Featherstone in the Grand Final at The Halliwell Jones Stadium on Sunday, September 26.
He remains critically ill in Walton Hospital.
