ONE of Warrington’s biggest attractions has launched its Spring Spectacular and Easter celebration events.

Gulliver’s World theme park in Old Hall says fantastic family fun is guaranteed over the next few weeks with the return of its popular Spring Spectacular.

Launched on Sunday just gone, the Spring Spectacular will run across the school Easter holidays up to April 14, when Gulliver’s World in Warrington will be open every day.

The park, which celebrates its 35th birthday this year, will be open between 10.30am and 5pm daily, with special appearances from Dennis and Gnasher, and Tiny and Small from The Clangers.

Craig Clews, resort director at Gulliver’s World, said: “This is always one of our favourite times of the year, as the park starts to get really busy with families coming in search of adventure.

“We are family-owned business, and our ethos has always been to provide magical memories for children and their families.

“The Easter Bunny and Candy Crew will be looking for everyone to join in their mad-cap antics, with lollipop trees and colossal candy canes to discover, and the chance for children to take some sweet selfies as they go.

“Of course, that is just the tip of the iceberg – there are all of our usual rides and attractions to enjoy in what is sure to be an Easter eggs-travaganza.”

Gulliver’s World offers a range of accommodation options at Gulliver’s Hotel, with themed rooms, dens, and cabins, so visitors can make the most of their time with a well-earned sleepover stay in the park.

The park opened in 1989 and was the second of the four Gulliver’s theme park resorts to open.
