POLICE and firefighters rushed to Orford last night after a car was in flames.
Crews were called to the scene on Cartmel Avenue at around 10.20pm.
One fire engine attended and firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the car fire.
Police were also in attendance.
A fire investigation will be carried out to determine the cause.
