POLICE have given a heartbreaking update after a man was found dead in a car yesterday morning, Tuesday.
A large police presence was reported in Latchford after concerns were raised regarding the welfare of a man in a black pick-up truck.
Cheshire Police said that a man was found dead inside and that detectives believed the death was not suspicious.
The force has today, Wednesday, confirmed that the person was a 29-year-old man, and that the death is not being treated with suspicion, with a file to be prepared for the coroner.
A spokesman today said: “At around 8.25am on Tuesday, April 11, police were called to reports of concerns for the welfare of a man in a vehicle on Whitley Avenue, Latchford.
“Police and paramedics attended the scene, and sadly a 29-year-old local man was found dead inside a black pick-up truck.
