THESE striking and poignant photos show how Warrington remembered those who died and were injured in the Warrington bombing.

Two bombs hidden in litter bins went off on Bridge Street on March 20, 1993, killing Johnathan Ball, aged three, and Tim Parry, aged 12, and injuring 54 others.

As today, Monday, marked 30 years since that horrific day, a service was held in the town centre to allow residents to pay their respects.

Here are 13 photos taken from the day by photographer Dave Gillespie.
