The burnt our path
ARSONISTS have torched a wooded walkway at a much-loved park.
Fire crews were called to the New Cut Park off Larkfield Avenue in Woolston on Sunday evening.
They found the walkway well alight when they arrived at 7.20pm and it took half an hour to tackle the flames.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire Service said they believed the fire was deliberate.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting IML 573047.
