Van catches fire on M62
CREWS were called after a van caught fire on the M62.
The vehicle fire took place near to Junction 11 at Birchwood and took place shortly after 6.45pm on Saturday.
Two fire engines attended the M62 eastbound at junction 11 and spent 45 minutes at the scene.
They damped down the van and made it safe.
No injuries have been reported from the incident.
