A TOWN centre building had to be evacuated this week after the ceiling collapsed.
Staff at the Department of Work and Pensions office in Hilden House were told to leave immediately after surveyors came to assess the building.
The Winmarleigh Street office was evacuated on Monday and workers were sent to various locations.
Some staff have been sent to work in Burnley and others have been stationed at job centres across Warrington.
A worker, who did not wish to be named, said that they had not been given a time frame for how long they will be out of the office.
A spokesperson for the Department of Work and Pensions, said: "We can confirm that there is an issue at the Warrington office and that staff have been moved.
"Our services have not been affected by what has happened."
