TICKETS for Stockton Heath Festival will go on sale on Friday with just under one month to go before the event kicks off.
From Thursday July 5 to Sunday July 8 the community will come together to celebrate art, music, drama and local culture.
There will be face painting, balloons and bubbles, and stitching and sewing workshops for older children and adults in the Arts Tent on the festival field.
Festival-goers will be able to enjoy the vibrant arts and crafts and farmer's market, or the mini farm and dog show taking place across the village.
In the scouts centre on Parkgate Road, there will be a hive of activity including a festival workout for adults or French classes for youngsters.
The canal will also be open for boat trips and the allotment for fresh produce.
Art lovers can appreciate work in St Thomas' Church on London Road from Wednesday, and lovers of technology can enter 3D worlds showcasing local talent through a virtual reality experience at Priestley College.
By night, there will be a comedy night at the Slug and Lettuce, The Merchant of Venice open-air theatre performance and music from David Live, a Bowie tribute band.
While the Festival Marquee welcomes Viva la Coldplay tribute band, other local venues offer competitions, films, sporting activities and music.
Most of the activities are free but for events requiring tickets, they are on sale Friday online or from the Box Office at the Forge in Stockton Heath.
