NETWORK Warrington buses will soon pass the hospital every 10 minutes during the week.
From Monday, January 22, the 16 and 16a routes will increase in frequency from Monday to Friday.
The company has also agreed to freeze prices for both routes at £1.70 single and £2.50 return this year.
Ben Wakerley, managing director at Network Warrington, said: “We’re pleased to be able to enhance this service which now means that passengers on the 16 or 16a can get a quick and easy bus to the hospital and Dallam without a lengthy wait.
“We hope residents who need to get to the hospital and associated stops around Bewsey and Dallam will benefit from this service improvement. Further changes will be introduced in the coming months across our network to offer more support to other areas of the borough, strengthening our services which currently operate seven days a week.
“Network Warrington is Warrington’s bus company and we’re working to make it one residents can be proud of.”
