A GREEK restaurant could be set to open in a former bank in Stockton Heath.
Greek and Mediterranean restaurant Olive Tree Brasserie has applied to Warrington Borough Council for planning permission for a change of use of the former Lloyds Bank on London Road, which closed its doors in March.
The restaurant, which currently has branches in Chester, Preston, and Lytham St Annes, would open from 12pm to 10.30pm daily – creating six full-time and eight part-time jobs.
A consultation on the plans runs until Tuesday, November 28.
