Car fire slows traffic on M56
MOTORISTS are facing long queues on the M56 between Lymm and Stretton following a car fire.
The blaze saw one lane closed between Stretton and Preston Brook, although the motorway was reopened at 8am.
It has however left large queues in both directions, although more heavily from Manchester to Chester.
